This web site also includes an overall guide to residential venues around Britain for taking youth groups away (under CU leaders, then links to houseparty). I always find that when we take young people away it accelerates spiritual growth and cements friendships between the whole group and with leaders.

I’d highly recommend this resource to you, you’re Pastor is probably reading the minister’s version of this one called “Renewal” so bite the bullet and sign up for it, it’s worth it. The web site is quality if only for the links page which they regularly update of weird and wonderful web sites.

Get your digital camera pictures printed and posted to you. young people love it when you send them pictures/postcards of themselves at youth events or on weekends away. You can also get keyrings and poster print stuff done. I think it helps to build identity and belonging to mail pictures to everyone.
