Welcome to the Inspire pages of the Ignite website!

Inspire is the music and worship branch of Ignite. We seek to 'Inspire and equip musicians, song writers and worship leaders to have an impact in their churches, their regions and the rest of Wales'

It all started back in 2007 when Ignite's drummer at the time, Mark Galozzi-Hibbert, felt that there was a need to equip the next generation of worshippers with technical skills, as well as good solid biblical and spiritual teaching.

Since 2007, several conferences have been held as well as a series of master classes. An EP compilation of songs by local Christian singers/songwriters has been produced, as well as a number of devotionals based upon the songs.

The Team

Mark Galozzi-Hibbert lives in Tonyrefail, South Wales with his wife Carina and his daughter Ellia. He started playing drums at the age of eight. Mark studied at the Nexus Academy of Music in Coventry, gaining valuable musical and ministry knowledge and experience.

Mark joined the Ignite worship band as their drummer. God began to speak to Mark and others about the formation of the Inspire ministry.  Mark still works as part of the Inspire team, is a director of Drumming Solutions Ltd and plays regularly for functions, shows and in Worship at his local church. Mark looks forward to seeing many young people inspired and equipped in their area of music ministry to serve the Body of Christ even more effectively and continue as disciples of Christ.

Abi Williams has a diploma in Youth and Community Education from UWIC and has been leading worship in her church and around South Wales Churches since she was 12. She spent time in the US and UK touring with a Christian band called The Sonflowerz playing drums and has been working with Ignite and Inspire for the past 5 years, including being part of the team at live music events that Ignite run with artist such as Rebecca St James, Third Day and Graham Kendrick. As well as writing her own worship songs, she heads up our Flames Band, Mentors the Apprentice band and is the Inspire Co-Ordinator. Abi is passionate about seeing this generation rise up to be a generation that fall more in love with Jesus Christ, write songs that stir the hearts of many and see the greatest move of the spirit that this country has ever seen.

As well as Mark and Abi we have many gifted musicians who are involved with Inspire and are also passionate about the next generation of singers, song writers and musicians.
